Nursing Udayana Caring People Around Us (NUCLEUS) is a Community Service activity held by Nursing Department, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University in 2023 together with the Nursing Science Student Association of Nursing Department, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. The Nursing Department's community service is carried out in one of the Study Program's assisted villages, namely Ubud. This activity is continuously carried out every year involving all lecturers from each field of nursing specialization either for research activities or community service and is located in the Study Program's assisted village.

This year's NUCLEUS took the theme Real Moving Towards Public Wellness. This activity was carried out for 2 days on 29-30 August 2023 in the Banjar Junjungan, Ubud Village. On the first day, August 29 2023, health education was carried out about hypertension and stunting, after that games were held for participants. On the second day, August 30 2023, health services were carried out, including checking glucose, uric acid and cholesterol as well as providing complementary therapy. This activity also carries out data collection and screening of residents' health.

NUCLEUS 2023 was opened by Dr. Ns. Ika Widi Astuti, S.Kep., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Mat. as head of the Nursing Department and attended by various invitees including, the Secretary of Ubud, namely I Made Raka Adnyana, SH., M.A.P., the Head of Ubud Village, namely I Gusti Ngurah Nyoman Suastika, S.I, the Head of Puskesmas I Ubud, namely drg. Dewa Ngakan Gede Paramarta, the Head of the Br. Junjungan PKK, Ni Made Kasih, and the Head of the Br. Junjungan, I Wayan Sudiarta.

On this occasion, Ns. Ika Widi expressed her support for organizing the event and hoped that this event would become one of Nursing Science Student Association of Nursing Department's activities that really goes out into the community and carries out initial screening for public health data for the Br. Junjungan.

Meanwhile, the Secretary of the Ubud Subdistrict Head in his speech expressed his hope that the people of the Junjungan Neighborhood would always take part in activities such as those held by Udayana Nursing and thanked them for carrying out activities in the Junjungan Neighborhood, Ubud.
